I love the good weather of early spring / late winter. Today is the first time I've worn a short sleeved shirt outside in a long while. The golden sunlight that warmed my skin as I left Poe hall this midday has enlivened me; I have a reverence for spring.

Classes were cancelled yesterday for snow, and the two days before that I hung around gold hall. There is a warm, friendly feeling there, as if we had found our safe entrenchment against a misdirected body of university students.
